Our Rooms
Each of our three en-suite bedrooms are beautifully presented and nostalgically decorated to enhance their Victorian style and character.
Our beds have plump pillows, crisp white cotton linen and comfortable mattresses guaranteed to give you a good night’s sleep so you wake up and enjoy your picturesque surroundings.
Our bathrooms have bath and/ or shower with heated towel rails, fluffy soft towels, bath robes, slippers and complimentary Scottish Fine Soap Sea Kelp toiletries.
Each room has a hospitality tray, bottled water, hairdryer, Freeview TV with DVD player plus a few additional extras that we think will contribute to make your stay more enjoyable and relaxing.
Rooms vary for occupancy required: twin, king-size double or single occupancy available.
There is free wi-fi throughout Northlands Bed and Breakfast. Onsite parking
Northlands can be booked as 'exclusive use' for up to 6 people for special functions such as birthday weekend or reunions.
We are not able to accommodate children under the age of 13 or babies.
We are also unable to accept pets.
A 2-night minimum stay applies to all rooms at weekends and busy periods.
Room 1 – Atholl

Elegant and tranquil, this beautiful room enjoys double aspect windows with views of the Tummel Valley and the surrounding hills. It has a super king size double bed and a lovely sitting area overlooking our south facing garden. Decorated in Laura Ashley’s timeless Josette designs the room combines simplicity with natural glamour. The en-suite bathroom has both a luxury roll top bath and a powered shower.
(Can also be converted to twin bedded accommodation if required)

Bright and spacious, this room is decorated in Laura Ashley’s Summer Palace bringing a fresh and luxurious note to the room. The double aspect windows enjoy wonderful views over our garden and bubbling burn as well as the beautiful Tummel Valley. It has a super king size double bed and if required can be converted to twin bedded accommodation. The ensuite contains a powered shower.

Sitting on the west side of the house, this peaceful room enjoys the afternoon sun. The smaller of our 3 bedrooms, it’s decorated with the rich amethyst blooms of Laura Ashley’s Gosforth design. With a king size bed and ensuite power shower, it’s perfect for shorter stays.
